Our takeJobber is a self-serve field service app: its pricing page prints a price for every plan up to 15 users and offers a 14-day trial with no credit card.
The price depends as much on how you pay as on the plan, since Core is $29 a month billed annually and $49 month to month. Team size matters too: Core is for one user, and moving Connect from one user to a team costs $50 a month more on annual billing. Card fees of 2.9% + 30¢ and the add-ons come on top.
Why we rate itJobber states its prices, billing options, trial, fees and renewal terms in public, which earns credit for transparency; value is held back because the annual saving needs a prepaid year and costs rise with team size and fees.
The catchThe lowest prices need an annual prepayment that is non-refundable if you cancel, and the plan, fees and add-ons add up differently at each team size.

Trade-offs

Friction report

Trade-offs to know before signing up.

  1. Time to value
Jobber's pages say the trial runs 14 days without a credit card, and its Help Center has First Steps guides for account setup.
  2. Scale breakpoint
Core supports one user (Jobber Help Center), so a second user means Connect or above: Connect is $99 a month billed annually for one user and $149 with 5 users included, extra users are $29 a month each, and plans for 16 or more people are quoted by sales.
  3. Walled garden
Jobber's standard rate through Jobber Payments is 2.9% + 30¢; its help center says Stripe, Square or Authorize.net can be used instead, but saving cards, automatic payments, instant payouts and the card reader need Jobber Payments. QuickBooks Online is the only accounting sync named in the pricing FAQ, and the app marketplace also lists Xero.

From Jobber's pricing page, read with its team-size and billing selectors and checked 1 November 2026. Prices are in US dollars per month, exclude sales tax where applicable, and cover the users each plan includes. Annual plans are billed for the full year at the start. Core appears only for one user, and Plus shows prices but its button says Contact Sales. The page also says annual billing saves up to 25%; the solo Core prices above differ by more than that ($29 against $49).

Example plan costs per year

TeamPlanBilled annually (per month, per year)Monthly, no commitment (per month, per year)
1 userCore$29, so $348$49, so $588
2-5 people (5 users)Connect$149, so $1,788$199, so $2,388
6-10 people (10 users)Grow$299, so $3,588$399, so $4,788

Arithmetic on the prices in the first table (monthly price times 12), not prices Jobber lists. It leaves out tax, add-ons, extra users and card fees. For card fees, a $1,000 payment at 2.9% + 30¢ costs $29.30.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Jobber cost?

Jobber's cheapest plan, Core for one user, is $29 a month billed annually, $39 a month on a monthly plan with a 1-year commitment, or $49 a month with no commitment, and the price rises with team size and plan. Team plans, which include 5, 10 or 15 users, run from $149 to $529 a month billed annually and from $199 to $699 a month with no commitment. Connect is $99 a month billed annually for one user and $149 with 5 users included, and the pricing page also lists extra users at $29 a month each. Plans for 16 or more people are quoted by Jobber's sales team (checked 1 November 2026).

Is Jobber free, or is there a trial?

Jobber is not free: its pricing page shows no free plan, only a 14-day free trial. The trial gives full access to every feature on the Grow plan and requires no credit card. Near the end Jobber sends a reminder to enter billing details, and its FAQ says nothing is deleted if the account expires first. Jobber's terms say a trial is offered from time to time at its discretion (checked 1 November 2026).

What does Jobber charge on top of the plan price?

Through Jobber Payments, card payments cost 2.9% + 30¢ on every plan, Tap to Pay 2.7% + 30¢ and bank (ACH) payments 1% in the US, according to Jobber's pricing page; instant payouts add another 1%, and Jobber's help center says Stripe, Square or Authorize.net can be used instead, without features such as saved cards and automatic payments. Jobber's pricing page says users can be added for $29 a month each. Three add-ons are priced separately: Marketing Suite at $99 a month, Jobber AI Receptionist at $29 and Sales Pipeline at $49. On a $1,000 card payment the processing fee is $29.30 (checked 1 November 2026).

Can I cancel Jobber or get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel, but Jobber's terms say fees are non-refundable, so the billing option decides what you still pay. A month-to-month plan with no commitment can be cancelled whenever you like and ends with the current billing period. A monthly plan with a 1-year commitment keeps billing monthly until the 12 months end. An annual plan is paid up front, and if you cancel mid-term you keep access to the end of the term but the payment is non-refundable. Jobber's terms say subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price, and annual plans must be cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date, or within 30 days of Jobber's renewal notice if it sends one (checked 1 November 2026).

Is Jobber better than QuickBooks?

Jobber and QuickBooks do different jobs, so neither is better in general. Jobber's pricing page lists quoting, scheduling, invoicing and online payments, while QuickBooks' own site lists accounting, invoicing, expense tracking and reports. Jobber lists a sync with QuickBooks Online from the Connect plan, and its help center says Jobber Payments payouts and fees can sync to QuickBooks Online, so the two can run together (checked 1 November 2026).

Where do I log in to my Jobber account?

This site reviews Jobber and has no way to sign you in to it. Jobber's Log In link opens secure.getjobber.com/login, the official address. It takes an email address and password and also offers Google, Intuit and Apple log-ins. Jobber's Help Center is at help.getjobber.com.
