LegFi is billing and finance software for fraternity and sorority chapters and other groups: treasurers invoice members, collect dues by card or ACH, pay bills and track budgets in one place. It has been part of OmegaFi since 2018. LegFi doesn't publish prices; its help center says subscription fees depend on the number of members on your roster. Our take

LegFi gives chapter treasurers member invoicing, online dues collection, late fees, budgets and a chart of accounts, plus Payables for bill pay, Treasury accounts with free cards, crowdfunding and member communications. National headquarters can use LegFi HQ to bill and oversee chapters. Pricing is not public: subscription fees are based on roster size, and chapters pay the card merchant fees, which LegFi's optional surcharging can partly recover.

LegFi covers the main money jobs of a chapter, from issuing dues invoices to paying bills, in one system built for student treasurers, and parents can pay without an account.

The catch

There are no published prices, cost grows with roster size, and card merchant fees fall on the chapter unless you turn on surcharging. Canadian chapters can't use Treasury accounts, Payables or ACH.
