Our take
EvenUp is built only for personal injury work. It pulls case files from a firm's case management system, drafts demands and other documents in the firm's tone, tracks client treatment and prepares negotiation and trial material. Its model, Piai, is trained on what EvenUp describes as hundreds of thousands of injury cases and millions of medical records. Pricing is per case and not published, so firms need a sales call to get a number.
Why we rate it
It covers the whole personal injury case, from intake to trial, in one product. EvenUp says it is used by 2,000+ US personal injury firms and processes 10,000+ cases a week.
The catch
No public prices, so budgeting needs a sales conversation. It is built for personal injury only, so firms in other practice areas get little from it.
