What it really is

A facilities-maintenance (CMMS) platform for multi-location businesses - restaurants, retail, fitness - to report issues, manage work orders and vendors, and track assets; not a vehicle-diagnostics tool.

Our take

It is purpose-built for chains juggling repairs across many sites: report a problem from a phone, auto-dispatch work orders, run recurring maintenance and inspections, and manage vendors and invoices - notably vendor-neutral with no invoice markups. The trade-offs are quote-only pricing (a sales call) and a fit aimed at operators with ~20+ locations rather than single sites.

Best for
Restaurant, retail and fitness chains managing many locations
Ops teams wanting centralized work orders and inspections
Operators wanting vendor-neutral repairs without markups
Not good for
Single-site or very small businesses
Anyone wanting transparent, self-serve public pricing
Vehicle/fleet diagnostics (it is facilities maintenance)
Friction report
Time to value
Sales-led: request a demo and onboard; vendor notes fast adoption (hours, not weeks) once set up.
Scale breakpoint
Pricing requires a sales call, and the product is aimed at multi-site operators, so single locations get less value.
Walled garden
Moderate: a hosted system holding your maintenance data, though it is vendor-neutral on service providers.
