Sellvia is a WordPress-based dropshipping store service run by Sunshine Ecommerce LLC (DBA Sellvia LLC) of Irvine, California. It starts with a 14-day free trial that needs a card, then the Basic plan costs $39 a month, billed monthly, and separate fees apply to orders, advertising and withdrawals (checked 29 October 2026). Sellvia's Terms of Use call what you earn Commission, a promotional incentive it sets and pays, and say no earnings are guaranteed.

The bottom line

A turnkey dropshipping store from $39 a month after a 14-day trial, with fees on orders, ads and withdrawals and no guaranteed income; read Section 1.4 of the Terms of Use before you pay.

What it is, and why we rate it

One line each. Open a row for detail.

What it really isA subscription dropshipping store service: Sellvia hosts a turnkey store, supplies the catalog and sets the terms on commission, fees and payouts.
Our takeSellvia gives a beginner a hosted store, a catalog, order processing and 24/7 support for a monthly plan that starts at $39 after a 14-day trial.
Its pricing page, help center and Terms of Use are detailed about fees, the 125-day reserve and payout rules, and those facts decide whether it fits. Those pages differ on some points, such as the minimum payout and what happens to earnings after cancellation, so read the Terms of Use first.
Why we rate itSellvia lists three monthly plans, a 14-day trial, a full fee table and written refund and payout rules, and its help center covers cancellation, the risk reserve and the first payout step by step.
The catchThe trial needs a card; fees apply to orders, ads and withdrawals; 25% of earnings is reserved for 125 days; Commission is defined as a promotional incentive Sellvia sets; and Sellvia's pages disagree on the minimum payout ($100 or $300), the verification fee ($4.50 or $4.99) and the Commission Use Fee (9% or 15%).

Best / not good for

Best for
  • Beginners who want a ready-made hosted store and a catalog
  • Sellers who have read the Terms of Use and accept the fee list
  • Owners who want a personal business manager and 24/7 support
Not good for
  • Anyone who needs guaranteed or predictable income, which Sellvia says it does not offer
  • Sellers who want customers to pay them directly: in a Storefront, Sellvia is the seller and pays the owner Commission instead (Terms of Use 1.2.3 and 1.4.1)
  • Sellers outside the US, where the Terms set a $300 minimum redemption
Trade-offs

Friction report

Trade-offs to know before signing up.

  1. Time to value
The store is built after a short survey, but a first payout needs a sale, order processing, a 3-day hold, identity verification and at least $100 available.
  2. Scale breakpoint
Basic caps a store at 5,000 products and 4 GB; Advanced ($99) and Ultimate ($299) open only after three consecutive months of payment.
  3. Walled garden
Canceling deletes the free turnkey store, and Commission not redeemed within 14 days of Sellvia's notice is forfeited.

From Sellvia's pricing page, checked 29 October 2026. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly; every plan has a 14-day free trial that needs a card and renews automatically until you cancel. What to check before you pay

  • Trial and billing: The trial needs a card. Billing starts after 14 days and renews monthly until you cancel, and Sellvia emails a reminder 3 days before the trial ends.
  • Section 1.4 of the Terms of Use: It defines Commission, the reserve, the payout conditions and what happens on cancellation. The pricing page says the Terms of Use prevail over the summary pages.
  • Your country's minimum: The Terms set the minimum redemption at $100 for US residents and $300 for residents of other countries; the help center says $100.
  • Redeem before you cancel: The Terms give 14 days from Sellvia's notice to redeem Available Commission after cancellation, and the help center says to withdraw before you cancel.
  • The refund window: The Terms give a 100% refund of the latest subscription payment if you ask support@sellvia.com within 30 days; for monthly plans only the current payment period is refundable.
  • Dated outside reviews: Capterra and Trustpilot carry customer reviews, and the Better Business Bureau lists complaints. Check the dates and read both the complaints and the praise; Conversion Gems does not quote or score them.
  • Optional weekly add-ons: The Terms of Use (section 1.1.3.2) describe optional Performance Tiers billed separately each week: Plus $19, Advanced $39, Pro $69 and Elite $99, with a free Basic tier.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Sellvia legit?

Sellvia is operated by Sunshine Ecommerce LLC, doing business as Sellvia LLC, which lists 2 Park Plaza, Suite 680, Irvine, California in its site footer; its Terms of Use name the operator. Sellvia publishes its plans, a fee list, a refund rule and payout rules, and its About Us page says it was founded in 2010 (another Sellvia page says 2017). Customer reviews on outside sites include both praise and complaints. On 29 October 2026 Trustpilot showed a notice that the company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines, and Sellvia's statement on that page says it is in active discussions with Trustpilot. Conversion Gems is an independent review site and cannot confirm individual customer experiences, so read the Terms of Use and dated reviews before you pay.

How much does Sellvia cost per month?

Sellvia PRO is billed monthly: Basic is $39, Advanced $99 and Ultimate $299. Advanced and Ultimate open after three consecutive months of payment. The pricing page lists a 14-day free trial for every plan, and the trial needs a card. Billing begins after the trial unless you cancel, and Sellvia emails a reminder 3 days before the trial ends. The plan price is not the whole cost, because the pricing page also lists separate fees on orders, advertising, commission use and withdrawals (checked 29 October 2026).

How does Sellvia pay you, and what are the withdrawal rules?

Sellvia's Terms of Use call the money you can withdraw Commission: a Sellvia-funded promotional incentive paid from Sellvia's own funds, not customer payments or sales revenue. The help center says each processed order's earnings sit in a 3-day hold, then 75% becomes Available and 25% goes to a Risk Reserve for 125 days. A payout needs an active, fully paid subscription, phone and identity verification, and a minimum of $100 (the Terms say $100 for US residents and $300 for residents of other countries); bank withdrawals are not possible during the 14-day trial. The pricing page lists withdrawal fees of 5% by ACH (minimum $10), 7% by international wire (minimum $30) and 14% for the express options. The Terms of Use give the ACH fee as 5% plus $10 and the express ACH minimum as $40, and the pricing page says the Terms prevail (checked 29 October 2026).

Can you actually make money with Sellvia?

Sellvia says there is no guarantee: it states that results vary with product choice, pricing, marketing and market conditions, and that figures on its site are illustrative, not guaranteed or typical. What you keep depends on sales and on costs that include the monthly plan and fees on orders, ads and withdrawals. The Terms add that Sellvia sets the Commission amount at its discretion, by reference to up to 80% of the Catalog Retail Price of the items in an order, and may change the program terms for new orders without notice. Conversion Gems has no income data for Sellvia stores.

What happens to my store and refunds if I cancel Sellvia?

Cancel in your dashboard under My Account, Plans; Sellvia then sends a confirmation email. Canceling deletes the free turnkey store, which cannot be restored, and related orders are canceled with customers refunded. The Terms give a 100% refund of the latest subscription payment if you ask support@sellvia.com within 30 days, and, for monthly plans, only the current period; services already started are non-refundable. On earnings, the help center says payouts stop after cancellation, while the Terms give you 14 days from Sellvia's notice to redeem Available Commission, after which it is forfeited, so redeem first (checked 29 October 2026).

Where do I log in to Sellvia?

Conversion Gems is an independent review site and cannot sign you in or see Sellvia accounts. Sellvia's own login page is https://account.sellvia.com/login, which sends a sign-in link to your email address. Check that the web address begins with account.sellvia.com before you enter anything.
