Premium adds a wider tool library, and paid coaching adds 30-minute text sessions with a wellbeing professional (video for some US and India users). Why we rate itRare combination of clinical credibility, accessibility, and a generous free tier.
Deployed by NHS and major employers, signalling real-world validation.
The catchWysa is not designed for crises such as self-harm, suicidal feelings or abuse, and it does not give medical or clinical advice.

Trade-offs

Friction report

Trade-offs to know before signing up.

  1. Time to value
Fast: onboarding takes under two minutes; the AI check-in starts on first session.
  2. Scale breakpoint
Coaching costs extra on top of the free chat; subscriptions are managed and cancelled in Google Play or the App Store.
  3. Walled garden
Low: Wysa doesn't ask for personal details, and there is no file format or workflow to migrate.
