What it really isZoho's online inventory and order management software, priced per organization with a free plan and four paid plans.
Our takeBecause the price is per organization, the plan comes down to orders, users and locations: Free at 50 orders a month, then Standard at $29, Professional at $79, Premium at $129 and Enterprise at $249 a month billed yearly.
Monthly billing adds to each paid plan, and extra users, orders and locations are add-ons. The friction is mostly outside Zoho's pages, where snippets quote other plan names and user counts.
Why we rate itZoho publishes every plan's price, limits and add-ons on both billing bases and offers a free plan that continues after the trial, but the plan limits are tight on users.
The catchStandard, Professional and Premium include only 2 users, orders are capped per month, monthly billing costs more, and Zoho's cards list serial and batch tracking as additions on Professional.

Best / not good for

Best for
  • Small sellers who sell on a few channels and want a free starting plan
  • Businesses that already use Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online
  • Teams that can work within 2 users or pay for add-on users
Not good for
  • Teams that need many users on a low plan, since only Enterprise includes more than 2
  • Businesses with large order volumes who do not want to pay for the 7,500 or 15,000 order plans
  • Buyers who want one all-in-one price for accounting too, since Zoho Books is a separate product
Trade-offs

Friction report

Trade-offs to know before signing up.

  1. Time to value
Zoho offers free sign-up, a demo account, a 14-day trial that needs no credit card and a plan calculator on the pricing page.
  2. Scale breakpoint
The order cap steps from 50 to 500 to 3,000, and users stay at 2 until Enterprise's 7, so a growing shop pays for add-ons or a higher plan.
  3. Walled garden
The accounting link is strongest inside Zoho, where Zoho Books is integrated by default; Zoho lists QuickBooks Online and Xero as integrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Zoho Inventory cost?

Zoho Inventory has a free plan at $0, and the paid plans Standard, Professional, Premium and Enterprise are $29, $79, $129 and $249 per organization a month billed yearly, or $39, $99, $159 and $299 billed monthly. Prices are per organization, not per user, and exclude local taxes; extra users, orders, locations, scans and warehousing are add-ons. These are USD figures from Zoho's pricing page, with the page's own currency selector set to USD (the selector also offers other currencies); check Zoho's page before paying (checked 2 November 2026).

Is Zoho Inventory really free?

Yes, within limits. The Free plan on Zoho's pricing page covers 50 orders a month, 1 user and 2 locations, and the pricing FAQ says you can stay on the forever-free plan once the 14-day trial ends. Zoho's comparison page lists the Free plan at 50 invoices, 20 purchase orders and 20 bills a month and 1,000 API calls a day, and the plan card shows composite items, dropshipment and backordering. Paid plans raise those caps (checked 2 November 2026).

What limits decide which Zoho Inventory plan you need?

Orders per month come first on every plan card: 50 on Free, 500 on Standard, 3,000 on Professional, 7,500 on Premium and 15,000 on Enterprise. Users are 1 on Free, 2 on Standard, Professional and Premium and 7 on Enterprise, and locations run 2, 2, 4, 6 and 10 from Free to Enterprise. Zoho sells add-ons per organization to raise users ($7.50 a month billed yearly, $9 monthly), orders ($7.50 per 500 yearly, $9 monthly) and locations ($10 yearly, $12 monthly) (checked 2 November 2026).

Does Zoho Inventory have a free trial?

Yes. Zoho's home page and pricing FAQ describe a 14-day free trial, and the home page adds that no credit card is required. The pricing FAQ says you can keep using the forever-free plan or subscribe after the trial, and that you can write to support@zohoinventory.com to ask for a longer trial. It also says you are not bound by any contracts and can upgrade or downgrade, and that nonprofits can ask for a 15% discount (checked 2 November 2026).

Is Zoho Inventory the same as Zoho Books?

No. Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books are separate Zoho products that Zoho says are integrated by default: an item created in Zoho Inventory can be accounted for in Zoho Books, and transactions posted in Inventory are reflected in Books. Zoho describes Zoho Inventory as inventory and order management software, and its pricing page promotes Zoho Finance Plus as a separate finance suite. This page prices Zoho Inventory only; Zoho Books and Zoho One have their own plans (checked 2 November 2026).

How do I log in to Zoho Inventory?

Conversion Gems is a review site and cannot sign anyone in to Zoho Inventory. The Sign In button on zoho.com/inventory opens Zoho's account sign-in page at accounts.zoho.com/signin for Zoho Inventory, and its Sign Up Now button starts a new account (checked 2 November 2026).
