Zoho One

A 50+ app business suite from Zoho: US$37 per employee a month billed yearly, US$30 in year one, if you license everyone.

Our take: Zoho One is a single purchase for CRM, finance, HR, support and collaboration tools, and its headline price assumes every employee on payroll holds a license.

Try ZohoFrom US$37/employee/mo billed annually

Zoho One is Zoho's bundle of 50+ business apps, including CRM, Books, People, Desk and Projects, managed from one admin console and billed on one invoice. Zoho prices it per person in two ways. One is US$37 per employee a month billed annually if you license every employee on payroll; Zoho's US page, read on 4 November 2026, shows US$30 beside it marked 'First year only'. The other, for only the people you choose, is US$90 per user a month billed annually, and the US page shows US$67 beside it with no end date given. Local taxes are extra. A 30-day free trial needs no card details; the pricing page lists no free plan.

The bottom line

A large app bundle at a published per-person price, best when most of the team will use it.

What it really isA suite that bundles 50+ Zoho business apps into one per-person license with one admin console and one invoice.
Our takeZoho One is a single purchase for CRM, finance, HR, support and collaboration tools, and its headline price assumes every employee on payroll holds a license.
The per-person prices are published, but the figure depends on licensing model, billing period and country, and support beyond weekday hours costs a percentage of the license fee.
Why we rate itZoho publishes both licensing models with annual prices and a monthly-billing option, a 30-day free trial without card details, a refund policy and a support-plan table.
The catchThe lower price needs every employee licensed.
Prices are shown by country, taxes are extra, and Zoho offers no discounts on Zoho One.

Best / not good for

Best for
  • Growing businesses that will use several Zoho apps
  • Companies that can license every employee on payroll
  • Teams that want one invoice and one admin console
Not good for
  • Teams that need only one app and no bundle
  • Companies with many staff who never use a computer or phone, since Zoho asks you to contact sales
Trade-offs

Friction report

Trade-offs to know before signing up.

  1. Time to value
Zoho's onboarding lets you enable a few apps first and its Concierge team helps with initial setup; support and training are free during the trial.
  2. Scale breakpoint
Cost scales per license. At US$37 and US$90 per license and with ten people, Flexible User costs more than All Employee pricing once five need licenses; the same holds at US$30 and US$67. Premium or Enterprise support adds 20% or 25% of the license fee.
  3. Walled garden
Marketplace extensions cannot yet go on the Zoho One invoice, and a multinational pays in the currency of the country where the account is created.

From Zoho's pricing page, read from a US location on 4 November 2026, in US dollars and billed annually: the page shows US$37 and US$90 struck through beside the lower prices, and its own pricing FAQ gives US$37 and US$90. Monthly prices are from Zoho's USD price list (the Monthly toggle on the pricing page and Zoho's own price data, which also lists US$30 and US$67 as separate US prices); no lower monthly price was shown. Local taxes (VAT, GST and similar) are extra. From Zoho's pricing FAQ, checked 29 October 2026: Zoho sets no minimum number of licenses and no long-term contract, and says its best price is the annual one. Zoho's FAQ says you pay in the currency of the country where you create the account, so confirm the figure for your country on zoho.com/one/pricing.

Worked example: a 10-person company on annual billing

Flexible User pricing4US$360US$4,320
Flexible User pricing5US$450US$5,400
Flexible User pricing10US$900US$10,800

Calculated by Conversion Gems from Zoho's annual prices of US$37 and US$90 per license per month, before taxes and support plans and without the lower prices the US page shows; this is arithmetic, not a Zoho quote. At those lower prices (US$30 and US$67) the totals are US$300, US$268, US$335 and US$670 a month and the five-license break-even is the same. On these list prices All Employee pricing costs less once five of the ten people need a license, but it applies only if every employee on payroll is licensed.

Prices you may see elsewhere

Zoho shows prices by country. Zoho's pricing page in US dollars lists US$37 annual and US$45 monthly for All Employee pricing and US$90 annual and US$105 monthly for Flexible User pricing; a visitor in Israel on 29 October 2026 saw only those prices. A read from a US location on 4 November 2026 showed the same US$37 and US$90 struck through, beside US$30 (marked 'First year only') and US$67, and Zoho's own price data lists US$30 and US$67 as separate US prices. Zoho's pricing FAQ on that page still quotes US$37 and US$90 and an Essentials edition at US$9 per user a month with annual licensing, which the plan table above does not cover. Zoho's FAQ says you must pay in the currency of the country where you create the account. We list no converted figures.

Zoho's pricing pages also carry country-specific and edition-specific content that the version we read did not display, so the figures here may differ for your country or edition. Partner posts in search results quote other numbers. We state only the figures Zoho displayed to us and suggest checking your country and edition on Zoho's page before you budget.

App counts differ by page too: Zoho's English pricing and product pages say 50+ apps, while its Hebrew pricing page says more than 40.

Do I have to buy a Zoho One license for every employee?

Only under All Employee pricing, where Zoho says your business must license every employee on payroll. Flexible User pricing lets you license only the users you choose, at a higher price per license, and Zoho sets no minimum number of licenses on either model. If you are on All Employee pricing and not everyone is licensed, Zoho says it will ask you to buy the remaining licenses or switch to Flexible User pricing, and it reserves the right to take further action under its license agreement. For staff who never use a computer or phone, Zoho tells you to contact its sales team (checked 29 October 2026).

What is included in Zoho One?

Zoho says Zoho One includes 50+ business apps. Its plan details page lists them, among them CRM, Bigin, Campaigns, Desk, Mail, Cliq, Projects, WorkDrive, Books, Inventory, People, Recruit, Creator, Analytics and Flow, plus Zoho Directory and device management. Each app has its own limits, such as credits per organization or per employee license, which the plan details page tabulates (checked 29 October 2026).

What is the difference between Zoho and Zoho One?

Zoho is the company, Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., and Zoho One is one of its products: a suite that bundles 50+ of its apps under one license and one invoice. Zoho's About page says it has brought more than 60 products to market and sells them à la carte or as suites, so an app such as Zoho CRM can be bought on its own. Under Flexible User pricing, Zoho says you can license Zoho One for some employees and other Zoho apps separately for other users.

Is Zoho One free?

No. Zoho's pricing page lists only the two paid licensing models, with a 30-day free trial that needs no card details and includes free support and training. Zoho's refund policy lets you ask for a refund if you are dissatisfied in the first month of a monthly subscription or the first 45 days of an annual one; both renew automatically until you cancel. For licenses removed mid-term, the pricing FAQ says to ask the payments team for an appropriate refund, while the refund policy says a partial downgrade is credited as a subscription extension (checked 29 October 2026).
