What it really is
A sales-led platform that gives accounting firms payments, practice management and a client portal from one vendor, with AI tax prep in a pilot.
Our take
Aiwyn is a serious bid to replace several accounting-firm tools at once, and the payments side is the most proven part, helped by the QuickFee US acquisition. Practice management and the client portal round it out. Without public pricing and with the tax module still in a pilot, smaller firms cannot easily compare it, so ask for a written quote that covers payment processing fees.
Why we rate it
A rare single platform that covers payments, practice and portal for accounting firms.
The catch
Opaque pricing, and the tax product is still in a pilot.

Weeks: demo, quote and onboarding before any client sees an invoice.
