Teams of up to 10 users get every hub free on the Small Business Plan. Above that, each of Connecteam's three hubs is priced on its own, from $29 a month billed yearly ($35 billed monthly) for the first 30 users, and a 14-day trial needs no credit card. Frequently Asked Questions

Is Connecteam free?

Partly. Connecteam's Small Business Plan is free for life for up to 10 users and includes all three hubs; its small business page counts active and archived users toward the 10. Every new account also gets a 14-day trial of the Expert plan with no credit card needed. The pricing FAQ describes a free Limited plan for up to 30 users after the trial, with fewer capabilities, but no Limited plan appears among the plan cards on the page (checked 29 October 2026).

How much does Connecteam cost per month?

A hub costs $29, $49 or $99 a month on Basic, Advanced or Expert when billed yearly, or $35, $59 or $119 billed monthly. Each price covers the first 30 users, and every hub is priced on its own. From the 31st user, the Operations Hub adds $0.80, $2.50 or $4.20 per user on yearly plans ($1.00, $3.00 or $5.00 monthly), and the Communications and HR & Skills hubs add $0.50, $1.50 or $3.00 ($0.60, $1.80 or $3.60 monthly). As arithmetic on those figures, 50 users on Operations Basic is $45 a month billed yearly or $55 billed monthly, and 30 users on Basic in all three hubs is $87 or $105. Enterprise is custom-priced (checked 29 October 2026).

Does Connecteam do payroll?

Connecteam does not list a payroll product in its three hubs. Its time clock produces timesheets, and its integrations page lists payroll and accounting connections including Gusto, QuickBooks, Paychex Flex, ADP and Xero. The pricing page lists a payroll integration from the Basic plan up, so check that your payroll tool is on the integrations page before you commit (checked 29 October 2026).

Can Connecteam see what you do on your phone?

Connecteam's pages describe location and usage data collected through its own app. Its pricing page says the Breadcrumbs option tracks location only while an employee is on the clock and that location is not documented or processed off the clock. The page also says the phone's location setting must be set to Always for it to work. Its privacy policy says precise GPS location may be requested when you use specific app functions and that whether it is collected at all is decided entirely by the employer. The same policy says Connecteam automatically collects device and usage data when you use its services (for example IP address, device ID, activity logs and feature use) and may disclose your app usage, chats, IP address or geo-location to your employer when asked to. Ask your employer which of these features are switched on.

Who owns Connecteam, and is it legit?

Connecteam's terms name Mobilesson Ltd., doing business as Connecteam, as the provider of the platform (terms last updated 15 September 2026), and apply Israeli law to most disputes, with arbitration for U.S. website claims. Connecteam's own press page announces a $120 million Series C round co-led by Stripes and Insight Partners, and Connecteam's newsroom lists coverage of the round dated 2 March 2022. Neither the terms nor the press page names a parent company. Conversion Gems does not rate legitimacy; the terms and press page are the sources you can check (checked 29 October 2026).

How do I log in to Connecteam?

Conversion Gems is an independent review site and cannot sign anyone in to Connecteam. The Log in link on connecteam.com opens Connecteam's sign-in page at app.connecteam.com, and employees can also use the Connecteam app from the App Store or Google Play.
