8 - server and client deployment, directory and HRIS sync, campaigns, targeting and analytics across plans.
Value8/10
8 - $0.90 to $1.75 per user a month is low, though the 10-user minimum and weak Starter plan limit small teams.
Ease of use7/10
7 - cloud setup with directory sync and templates; rules and targeting take some learning.
Ecosystem8/10
8 - Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exchange, client-side deployment in Outlook or Gmail, plus Salesforce and HubSpot on Pro.
Support7/10
7 - 24/5 support, knowledge base with videos and a dedicated CSM on Enterprise; no weekend support.
What it really is
A cloud service that applies centrally managed email signatures, disclaimers and banners to every mailbox in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Exchange.
Our take
Exclaimer does one job well: it takes signatures out of employees' hands. Per-seat prices are low and the security paperwork is strong, which matters to IT. The plan ladder is the thing to read closely. Starter gives you a single template and a single banner, Standard is where department designs and campaign scheduling start, and anything measurable (click tracking, A/B tests, CRM targeting) sits in Pro. With a 10-user floor, it is a company tool, not a personal one.
Why we rate it
Central control of every signature at a low per-seat price, with strong security certifications.
The catch
10-user minimum, a very limited Starter plan and analytics only on Pro.
Best for
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace companies
Regulated teams needing disclaimers
Marketing banners in every email
Not good for
Solo users or teams under 10
Users who want one personal signature
Friction report
Time to value
Short: connect the directory and publish a first template; targeting rules take longer.
Scale breakpoint
Needing more than one template or any click analytics.
Walled garden
Medium: designs live in Exclaimer, but signatures are standard HTML in sent mail.
Unlimited brands, usage and engagement dashboards, HRIS sync, Salesforce and HubSpot targeting, audit log
Enterprise
Custom quote
Standard or Pro plus a dedicated customer success manager and guided rollout
