RSVPify

RSVPify is event RSVP, registration and ticketing software; free for one event of up to 100 guests, with paid plans from $6 a month billed yearly.

Our take: RSVPify is clear about what free covers and posts its limits, but three pricing tracks give three different answers to what it costs.

RSVPify Inc. makes event RSVP, registration and ticketing software that is free for one event of up to 100 guests; the pricing page lists Gold at $10 a month or $72 a year and Platinum at $15 a month or $108 a year for personal events, in US dollars. Business and nonprofit plans run from $39 a month ($24 billed yearly) to $409 a month ($299 billed yearly), and ticketed events pay 1.95% + $0.90 per ticket instead of a subscription. These figures were read on RSVPify's own pricing pages on 3 November 2026, and its Terms of Service say paid subscriptions renew automatically while the personal pricing page shows 'save 40%, no auto-renewal' beside its Monthly and Yearly toggle.

The bottom line

Our takeRSVPify is clear about what free covers and posts its limits, but three pricing tracks give three different answers to what it costs.
The Terms say paid subscriptions renew automatically while the personal yearly toggle says no auto-renewal, so read the renewal wording shown at checkout before paying.
Why we rate itLimits, prices and the ticket fee are published and guests need no account, but renewals are non-refundable and two first-party pages disagree on auto-renewal.
The catchFree stops at 100 guests and one event, the Terms say paid plans renew automatically, and RSVPify's refund article calls renewals non-refundable.

Trade-offs

Friction report

Trade-offs to know before signing up.

  1. Time to value
A host can start on the free plan without paying; RSVPify says you can explore nearly all features before upgrading to go live with premium ones.
  2. Scale breakpoint
Free ends at 100 guests per event; Gold allows 300 and Platinum 500, and business plans scale by registrations a month, from 150 on Starter to 1,500 on Professional.
  3. Walled garden
Ticket payouts run through Stripe, RSVPify says a Stripe connection is required to take payments, and its fee is not refunded when a buyer is refunded.

From RSVPify's pricing pages (rsvpify.com/pricing/personal-events/, /pricing/ and /pricing/selling-tickets/), checked 3 November 2026 in a browser and in US-located reads. RSVPify says personal prices are base prices that may vary by event type. The pages open on the Monthly view; on the business page the compare-table headings show the yearly figures ($24, $89 and $299) even in the Monthly view, so the plan cards are used here. The personal yearly per-month figures come from the page's own Yearly toggle and equal the yearly totals divided by 12.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is RSVPify free?

Yes, for small events: RSVPify's free plan covers one event at a time with up to 100 guests, basic email invitations and RSVP tracking, and guests do not need an account to respond. On the Business & Nonprofit track, Free allows 100 registrations a month, 100 guests per event and 100 email credits a month. Ticketed events need no subscription and pay 1.95% + $0.90 per ticket instead, and RSVPify says you can explore nearly all features before upgrading, though you cannot go live with premium features until you do (checked 3 November 2026).

How much does RSVPify cost?

For personal events, RSVPify lists Gold at $10 a month or $72 a year ($6 a month) and Platinum at $15 a month or $108 a year ($9 a month), in US dollars. For business and nonprofit events it lists Starter at $39, Plus at $125 and Professional at $409 a month, or $24, $89 and $299 a month billed yearly, with Enterprise by quote. Selling tickets has no subscription fee, and RSVPify says its personal prices are base prices that may vary by event type (checked 3 November 2026).

Do guests need an RSVPify account to RSVP?

No: RSVPify's FAQ says guests do not need to sign up for an account to RSVP, and its sign-in page repeats that. Guests respond through the event's own link, which RSVPify's help center says looks like event.rsvpify.com; if the link does not work, they should ask the host.

How much does RSVPify charge per ticket?

RSVPify charges 1.95% + $0.90 per ticket or registrant, plus separate card processing fees from its payment processor, Stripe. Its help center says Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, with rates varying by country, and that hosts can pass some or all fees to buyers or build them into ticket prices. By that formula a $25 ticket carries about $1.39 of RSVPify fee before processing fees (Conversion Gems arithmetic), and the refund article says RSVPify's fee is not returned when a buyer is refunded (checked 3 November 2026).

Does RSVPify auto-renew, and can I get a refund?

Yes, according to its Terms of Service: an upgraded account renews automatically for a term of the same length unless you cancel before the renewal date, at the price then in effect, which may be higher. The personal pricing page says yearly billing has no auto-renewal, so two RSVPify pages disagree; check the renewal wording at checkout and cancel before the renewal date. RSVPify's refund article says upgrade fees and subscription renewals are final and non-refundable, with narrow case-by-case exceptions, and the Terms say it does not prorate cancellations (checked 3 November 2026).

How do I log in to RSVPify?

Hosts sign in at https://app3.rsvpify.com/login with email and password, Google or SSO, while a guest invited to an event should open the event link the host sent instead. RSVPify's help center says that link should be typed into the address bar rather than searched for. Conversion Gems is a review site and cannot sign anyone in to RSVPify, and only read the page without signing in.
