SpamTitan is a business email filter from TitanHQ that blocks spam, phishing and malware before mail reaches your inbox. It suits SMBs on Microsoft 365 or Exchange and the MSPs that manage them. Pricing is by quote, and SpamTitan Cloud has a 14-day free trial.
TitanHQ is now part of CyberSentriq
On 4 June 2025 Bregal Milestone announced CyberSentriq, formed through the acquisition of TitanHQ, the maker of SpamTitan, and its merger with Redstor.
TitanHQ's About page says existing customers can keep using their TitanHQ products as usual. SpamTitan is still sold under its own name.

What it really is
A business email filter for spam, phishing and malware, sold as cloud, on-premise gateway or a Microsoft 365 add-on.
Our take
SpamTitan covers the standard email security layers and gives MSPs proper multi-tenant tools. The lack of a public price list is the main friction; ask for a quote and compare it with the per-user figure TitanHQ itself has published.
Why we rate it
It stacks authentication checks, two anti-virus engines and sandboxing, with a choice of cloud or on-premise deployment.
The catch
No public price list, and the 2025 ownership change means product direction now sits with CyberSentriq.
Best for
MSPs reselling email security
SMBs adding a layer to Microsoft 365
Organisations needing an on-premise gateway
Not good for
Teams wanting transparent self-serve pricing
Individuals with personal mailboxes
Friction report
Time to value
Vendor says cloud setup takes minutes, with an engineer configuration review during the trial.
Scale breakpoint
Pricing changes are negotiated per quote as user counts grow.
Walled garden
Low: it filters in front of your existing mail server, so removing it means pointing mail flow back.
