Read with a US-located request on 3 November 2026 and in a browser the same day; both showed the same figures. The page shows $ and no currency code. Regular prices are the monthly figures after the first-2-months rate. The store's FAQ says plans bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime, and that purchases between 8 AM and 5 PM Central get access within 20 minutes. Does Identifix publish a price for its shop management software?

Its page offers a guided tour through a form, and the All Products page has a Speak with an Expert form that lists ShopCentral (Shop Manager) as a product of interest. Can I cancel Identifix at any time?

Yes on a monthly plan, as long as the request is in before the next bill date: Identifix's FAQ says there is no pro-rating on a month-to-month subscription, and cancellations go through the contact form, phone or email. The Solera store says cancel anytime and that plans bill monthly, although its Annual toggle shows a yearly billing amount, so check which billing you select. Who owns Identifix?

Identifix describes itself as a Solera company. Its About page says Identifix, a Solera company, has helped auto repair shops since 1987, and its Terms of Use name Identifix, LLC at 1500 Solana Blvd, Building 6, Suite 6300, Westlake, TX 76262. The Direct-Hit plans are sold on Solera's own store at store.solera.com.

How do I log in to Identifix Direct-Hit?

Identifix's FAQ says Direct-Hit and Direct-Shop subscribers use the Direct-Hit Login link on identifix.com or go to https://dh.identifix.com/, a page titled Login to Direct-Hit that Conversion Gems opened and did not use. Conversion Gems is a review site and cannot sign anyone in. The same FAQ says a forgotten password is reset from the login screen with Forgot Username/Password, or through support.
