Features8/10
8 - AP capture and coding, approvals, purchase orders, payments, fraud checks, statement reconciliation and budgets, per Yooz's product page.
Value5/10
5 - no public prices (volume-based quote), offset by unlimited users, 4 onboarding hours and a 15-day trial; we could not compare cost directly.
Ease of use6/10
6 - trial is self-serve, but ERP connection and approval rules need setup, which is why 4 onboarding hours are included.
Ecosystem9/10
9 - Yooz lists 250+ ERP and accounting connectors, including QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, SAP and Xero.
Support6/10
6 - onboarding hours are included and Yooz cites a 500+ expert team; we did not verify live support channels or hours.
What it really is

Cloud accounts payable and purchase-to-pay automation that sits on top of your ERP.

Our take

Yooz handles the whole payables chain in one place: capture, coding, approvals, purchase orders, payments and statement reconciliation, with a long connector list that makes it practical for teams that are not changing ERP. Unlimited users on the Gold edition helps when approvers are spread across the company. What it does not give you is a price. Everything runs through a volume-based quote, so budget for a sales conversation and use the 15-day trial to test your own invoices and connector.

Why we rate it

It covers capture to payment, plus purchase orders and fraud checks, and plugs into most mainstream ERPs.

The catch

No published prices, so cost is unknown until you get a quote for your invoice volume.

Best for
AP teams processing high invoice volumes
Companies keeping an existing ERP
Finance teams with many approvers
Not good for
Buyers who need a public price before a sales call
Freelancers and very small businesses
Teams wanting only simple bill pay
Friction report
Time to value
Medium: the trial starts quickly, but value depends on connecting your ERP and setting approval rules.
Scale breakpoint
Price rises with document volume; users are unlimited.
Walled garden
Low to medium: invoices and coding export to your ERP, which stays the system of record.
